With the help of advocates like you, we had some great successes in this years Missouri legislative session. We were able to:

• Protect our kids by increasing funding by $2.5 million to our state’s tobacco control program. This is a crucial step to keep kids from starting to use tobacco and help people already addicted to quit.
• Prevent cancer through funding the Show-Me Healthy Women breast and cervical cancer treatment program so patients receive the care that they need for as long as they need it.
• Ensure all Missourians have access to affordable health care through the expansion of MO HealthNet.
• Defend our local community’s ability to pass public health policies stronger than state laws.
